Architecture, feasibility, and knowledge of the Swiss context. Works with Bau Lütz on design assessment and the feasibility of interventions. The contribution may include reading the context, preliminary checks, architectural development, and coordination with authorities and professionals. The team, role, and responsibilities are defined for each appointment.
Maurizio Mennuni, Marco Michelon, and further approved specialists are involved according to the nature of the project.

Contractors, craftspeople, suppliers, and delivery specialists are selected according to expertise, territory, availability, and contractual responsibility. The network connects design, materials, supply chain, construction site, quality control, and workforce training. Names that have not yet been verified or approved remain in internal documentation.

Art, restoration, and craftsmanship contribute to architectural quality when the place calls for them. Artists, restorers, painters, sculptors, decorators, and specialist craftspeople may support the conservation of existing work and surfaces or the creation of integrated interventions. At this stage, the page uses professional categories and does not attribute engagements to individuals.

Social, cultural, educational, and community expertise serving territories. Where relevant, LVVD Suisse can contribute to needs analysis and intergenerational processes. Its identity, governance, activities, and data remain separate from Bau Lütz.

SAM PRODUCTIONS
Images, sound, and audiovisual storytelling to document projects and territories. Each production is published only after rights, credits, and consents have been verified.
